The City of Napavine contracts with the Lewis County Sheriff's Office for jail services.

All misdemeanant bookings are done at the Lewis County Jail which is located in the Law and Justice Center complex. Their office can be contacted Monday-Friday during business hours either via telephone at 360-740-2704 or online at lewiscountywa.gov/offices/sheriff/corrections-jail/

     Where do I find information on who has been released from jail? 

The jail posts a list of individuals who have been released from custody within the last 24 hours which can be accessed at Jail Releases

     Bail Information

The Lewis County Jail accepts bail on behalf of the court for which the defendant is being held, however, the bail amount is determined by the court. All bail which is posted at the Lewis County Jail is forwarded to the court that has ordered the bail. 

Cash bail is accepted 24 hours a day. Cash may be placed in the kiosk in the main lobby during normal business hours or in the release lobby after  business hours. Instructions for placing money in the kiosks are posted at each location. The kiosk machine accepts 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 dollar bills.

Posting bail/bail bonds are accepted at the jail as well. There are several bail bond companies authorized to write a bond. Below is the list of bail bond agencies approved by the court Bail Bond Agencies
