Public Utilities
This Department is managed by a Public Works Director and supported by the Clerk's Office and three full time Utility Workers.
The City operates its' own Water System that has four Wells, a 100,000 gallon Water Tower and a 350,000 gallon Reservoir to provide potable water to City residents.
The City maintains its' own Wastewater Collection System, but its' wastewater is processed by a Regional Wastewater Plant in which Napavine shares ownership. Presently Napavine owns 12% of the capacity, but has an option to purchase up to 30% of the capacity.
