Public Utilities
This Department is managed by a Public Works Director and supported by the Clerk's Office and three full time Utility Workers.
The City operates its own water system that has four Wells, a 100,000 gallon water tower and a 350,000 gallon Reservoir to provide potable water to City residents.
The City maintains its own wastewater collection system, but its wastewater is processed by a Regional Wastewater Plant in Chehalis which Napavine shares ownership. Presently Napavine owns 12% of the capacity, but has an option to purchase up to 30% of the capacity.
